Summer teams

Bring a team to help us out! Teams can come for two weeks to two months or more. This summer we had two teams, and they did a great job!

Our latest team came from the Origin Gathering in Simi Valley, CA. They taught a special 2-week course in August and we had a QUEST Outreach event as well. It was a fun-filled, busy two weeks!

For two months we had a team from Evangel University who taught and arranged activities for our students. Four students and a professor from Evangel helped out at TLC and build great relationships with our students at the English Center.

Bring a team, we have a place for you!

Thanks to everyone who’s been interested lately in coming to volunteer. Please let us know if you have any questions to help you in making a decision to come. We still need volunteers!

Teacher Update

Our next course begins halfway through April, and it would be great to have a few more volunteers!

After that, our next available opportunity to serve is from SEPTEMBER 2011 and onward. There is still time to raise funds and prepare to come by then!

2011 is nearly upon us, and at TLC English Center we are in need of teachers for the new year! From the last week of January, we need volunteer teachers to help out. If you are interested, please contact us and we can get you the information you need.

Thank you for visiting the Opportunity to Serve site. Right now we are in desperate need of teachers! We have a wonderful couple, Scott and Julie, who are ending their year of teaching in July.
